Health & Safety

Your child’s health and wellbeing are our top priorities.

  • Daily health checks are conducted each morning at drop‑off. If a child shows signs of illness, we kindly ask that they return home to rest and recover.
  • Teachers continue to monitor wellbeing throughout the day and will contact parents immediately if concerns arise. In some cases, parents may be asked to pick up their child early.
  • Hygiene is part of our daily rhythm. Children wash their hands frequently—before meals, after outdoor play, and after using the toilet.
  • If a contagious illness occurs, all families are promptly informed to help everyone stay aware.

Our learning spaces are designed with safety and comfort in mind, using non-toxic materials, rounded edges, and natural wooden elements. To ensure clean and healthy air, every classroom is equipped with We Do Air air purifiers, and air quality is monitored daily.

All staff members are trained in first aid, CPR, and emergency procedures. Clear safety protocols and regular drills ensure calm, effective responses in any situation.

Settling‑In Process

We follow a gentle settling‑in process inspired by the German Kindergarten Model (Munich Model), designed to help each child build trust and confidence at their own pace. The settling-in period usually takes about one to two weeks.

Arrival With a Parent

During the first few days, a parent or caregiver stays with the child, offering the comfort of a familiar presence while the child begins to explore, meet the teachers and classmates, and get to know the daily routines.

Gradual Separation

As the child’s confidence grows, parents gently step back, allowing the child to spend short periods independently while knowing a trusted caregiver is still nearby.

Building Trust

Teachers observe closely and respond sensitively to each child’s signals, creating a safe and supportive transition that helps the child feel understood and emotionally secure.

Fully Settled

Each child settles in their own time, feeling at home in the classroom with confidence to play, learn, and connect, supported by a strong sense of safety and belonging.

Communication

Strong communication between teachers and parents is essential to us.

Receive daily updates via LINE, including 2–3 photos of your child, what they did during the day, and what they ate—so you always feel connected, even when you’re apart.
